Tell us what happened

Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the problem. Let us know whether you are using TestFlight or the App Store version.

A screenshot can help, but please hide personal information first. Do not send children’s names or photos, passwords, payment details or your full treasure collection.

An enchantment did not finish

Check your internet connection and return to Little Finds. Image generation can take a few minutes. Closing the app or losing the connection may interrupt it; your ordinary find stays in the chest.

If a waiting indicator remains for a long time, send us the app version and approximate time of the attempt. Please do not repeatedly restart enchantment while an attempt is still running.

Where is my collection?

Your collection is saved on the device where you created it. Little Finds does not currently offer cloud backup or collection sync between devices. Please do not delete and reinstall the app as a troubleshooting step: this can remove your locally saved finds.

Purchases and subscriptions

Plus subscriptions are not yet available. Once purchases launch, you will be able to restore purchases in Little Finds Settings and manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Restoring a purchase does not restore locally saved photos. Include the app version when contacting us about a purchase, but never send payment card details.

Standard free access includes five welcome enchantments, followed by three per calendar month without rollover. Plus will include 30 per month, also without rollover. An attempt uses an enchantment only after the completed result has been saved in the app. Testing versions may offer different access.

Use the same email address for privacy questions. Please contact us as a parent or guardian rather than asking a child to write to us.
